# Ewento — event management platform and attendee app with AI networking > Ewento is an event management platform and an attendee app. Organizers set up the event in a dashboard; attendees use the web app or the iOS and Android apps, where the agenda, news, chats and meetings live in one place and AI recommendations help them find business contacts. Developed by Connect Tech LLC, Moscow. Event data is stored on servers in Russia; personal data is processed in line with 152-FZ. --- ## Who it is for Event organizers running: - Conferences and business forums, including multi-day forums with parallel tracks - Trade shows and exhibitions - Educational programs - Corporate and private events From private gatherings to multi-day forums. --- ## Core features ### Organizer dashboard - **Agenda** — multi-day program with tracks and halls, sessions, speakers and session types. Import from CSV, or keep it synced automatically from the organizer's own program feed. - **Attendees and access** — attendee groups, CSV import, an automatic sync with an external registration system over API, email invitations with a personal access code, a public event page with a registration form, private events behind an access code. - **Branding** — colors, logo, home screen layout, app sections (FAQ, sponsors, venue map, exhibition) and custom pages built in the page builder. - **Communications** — push notifications to everyone or to selected groups, sent now or scheduled; email invitations and reminders; news and stories. - **Engagement** — quizzes, surveys, live polls, audience questions with moderation, gamification with tasks and rewards, photo albums. - **Analytics** — activity and meeting analytics: matches, conversations and meetings (scheduled, confirmed, completed), and how attendees respond to AI recommendations. - **AI settings** — a knowledge base and starter questions for the AI assistant; recommendation weights and rules for which attendee groups are suggested to each other. - **Talk summaries** — organizers add a short summary to a presentation, which can be machine-translated; the AI assistant uses it in answers. - **Admin AI agent** — an AI agent that edits the event on the organizer's behalf: in the dashboard chat (on plans that include it) or from any MCP client. ### Attendee app The web app (nothing to install), iOS and Android show the same event data. - **AI networking** — the app builds each attendee a personal feed of useful contacts: it weighs the goals, role, group and interests from the questionnaire and profile, and matches answers from different audiences by meaning — an investor looking for startups sees a startup looking for investment. The top recommendations come with a “Why they may be interesting” note. Mutual interest makes a match, followed by messages and a meeting on site: place, time, confirmation and a reminder. - **Session recommendations** — sessions to attend, based on the interests in the attendee's profile and on signals such as likes. - **Agenda** — multi-track schedule, personal agenda, sync to the device calendar. - **Networking** — attendee directory with search and filters, meeting requests between attendees and reminders before a meeting. - **Messenger** — direct and group chats with read status and push notifications. - **AI assistant** — answers questions about the agenda, venue, speakers and attendees in the app chat, from the event’s own data. Replies include cards for sessions, speakers, attendees and booths that you can act on right away: add a session to favorites, propose a meeting to an attendee. Before a reply goes out it is checked against the event data, so the attendee never gets a session, time or booth that the data does not contain. - **Venue and maps** — floor plans with halls and points of interest; city maps by 2GIS. - **Exhibition** — exhibitor cards with stands, offers and contacts. - **Content** — news, organizer stories, FAQ, sponsors, side events, live streams, custom pages. - **Engagement** — quizzes, surveys, live polls, audience questions, gamification, photo albums. ### Attendee sign-in - Attendees sign in with a personal access code from their invitation or a QR code — no password and nothing to sign up for. - Organizers load attendees from CSV or an external registration system ahead of time, so every attendee already has a place in the event before first opening the app. --- ## Launch options ### 1.
