# Ewento

> Ewento is an event management platform and an attendee app. Organizers set up the event in a dashboard; attendees use the web app or the iOS and Android apps, where the agenda, news, chats and meetings live in one place and AI recommendations help them find business contacts. Developed by Connect Tech LLC, Moscow.

Ewento is built for conferences, business forums, trade shows, educational programs and corporate events. Event data is stored on servers in Russia.

## What Ewento does

- **Organizer dashboard** — multi-track agenda with halls, attendees and groups, CSV and API import, QR sign-in, event branding, push notifications and email campaigns, activity and meeting analytics.
- **Attendee app** — web app with nothing to install, iOS and Android: schedule and personal agenda with calendar sync, venue map, news and stories, direct and group chats, meetings, quizzes, polls and audience questions, photo albums.
- **AI networking** — the app builds each attendee a personal feed of useful contacts: it weighs the goals, role, group and interests from the questionnaire and profile, and matches answers from different audiences by meaning — an investor looking for startups sees a startup looking for investment. The top recommendations come with a “Why they may be interesting” note. Mutual interest makes a match, followed by messages and a meeting on site: place, time, confirmation and a reminder.
- **AI assistant** — answers questions about the agenda, venue, speakers and attendees in the app chat, from the event’s own data. Replies include cards for sessions, speakers, attendees and booths that you can act on right away: add a session to favorites, propose a meeting to an attendee. Before a reply goes out it is checked against the event data, so the attendee never gets a session, time or booth that the data does not contain.
- **Attendee sign-in** — with a personal access code from the invitation or a QR code, no password.
- **Languages** — attendee app UI in Russian, English and Chinese; the organizer enables the content languages.

## Case study: Moscow Startup Summit 2026

The official app of the Moscow Startup Summit (September 29–30, 2026, SberCity, Moscow) is built on Ewento: a standalone app under the summit's brand (White Label) on the App Store and Google Play, launched in 6 weeks. The summit had 4,500+ attendees from 22 countries (organizers' figures), 53 sessions in 4 halls and an exhibition of 105 startups.

- **GigaChat-powered AI networking** — personal contact recommendations that explain why someone is worth meeting. 718 mutual matches and 984 confirmed meetings; meetings set up through the app were rated 9.8 out of 10 on average (216 ratings, 94% gave 9 or 10).
- **GigaChat-powered AI assistant** — 3,199 requests from 987 attendees, 900+ questions and issues resolved; 74% of replies came with a card you can act on.
- **Engagement** — over the two days attendees spent 1,855 hours in the app: 57,266 swipes in the contact feed and 18,414 direct messages.
