Consent to Personal Data Processing and Use of Cookies

I, a personal data subject (hereinafter — the "User"), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", hereby give Limited Liability Company "CONNECT TECH" (OGRN 1267700113614, INN 9723271672, address: 141 Lyublinskaya St., premises 5, Lyublino municipal district, Moscow, 109382, Russia) (hereinafter — the "Operator") consent to process my personal data and use cookies on the following terms:

1. Scope of Personal Data

This consent covers the processing of the following personal data:

last name, first name, patronymic;
email address;
phone number;
place of work and job title;
profile photo;
information about interests, skills, and professional experience (voluntarily provided by the User);
event participation data;
technical data: IP address, device and operating system type, browser, unique device identifier, cookies, metric program data.

2. Purposes of Processing

Consent is given for processing personal data for the following purposes:

providing access to the "Ewento" platform (identification, authorization, account security);
registration for events and provision of information about them;
ensuring networking (contact recommendations, profiling by interests and skills, displaying the profile to other event participants);
handling User requests and inquiries;
improving platform quality, traffic analysis, content personalization;
informing about the Operator's products, services, and events (with separate consent to receive marketing materials).

3. Actions with Personal Data

Consent is given for the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Transfer to Third Parties

The User consents to the transfer of their personal data to:

the Organizer of the event for which the User is registered — for the purpose of organizing and holding the event;
other Platform Users registered for the same event — to the extent necessary for networking functions (name, photo, job title, company, information about interests);
third parties processing data on behalf of the Operator (hosting, analytics, technical support) — under agreements ensuring confidentiality.

5. Use of Cookies

5.1. The Platform uses cookies — small text files stored in the User's browser — to ensure the correct operation of the Website, traffic analysis, and content personalization.

5.2. The Operator uses the following categories of cookies:

Necessary (required): enable core functionality (authentication, language settings, CSRF protection). Processed without separate consent — the Website cannot operate without them.
Functional: remember User preferences (selected language, theme).
Analytics: Vercel Speed Insights, Yandex.Metrica, and similar systems — used for performance and behavioral analysis in anonymized form.

5.3. Users may manage cookies through their browser settings. Blocking cookies may render certain Website components unavailable.

5.4. Data collected through cookies does not fall into special categories or biometric personal data under Articles 10–11 of Law No. 152-FZ.

6. Duration of Consent

This consent is valid from the moment it is given (by ticking the box in the registration form, pressing the confirmation button, or agreeing to the cookie banner) until it is withdrawn by the User.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

The User may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written application:

by email to: [email protected] with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing";
to the Operator's legal address: 141 Lyublinskaya St., premises 5, Lyublino municipal district, Moscow, 109382, Russia.

To identify the User, the application text must include the data used at registration: last name and first name, phone number, email address, and the event for which the User was registered (if any).

If consent is withdrawn, the Operator ceases processing personal data and destroys it within no more than thirty days from receipt of the withdrawal, except where processing may continue on grounds provided by Russian law.

This consent is given in accordance with the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy, published at https://ewento.ru/privacy, and the User Agreement, published at https://ewento.ru/terms.

The User confirms that they have reviewed the Personal Data Processing Policy and the User Agreement prior to giving this consent.
