Supported Operating Systems and Browsers

Correct operation and technical support of the "Ewento" platform (the mobile application, the participant web platform, and the organizer panel) are guaranteed only on the operating system and browser versions listed in this document.

On earlier versions the platform may work partially or be unavailable; such configurations are not technically supported. The list is updated as new operating system and browser versions are released and as their vendors end support for outdated versions.

1. Ewento Mobile Application

Android	Android 7.0 (API 24) and above	Distributed via Google Play.

Installing and updating the application requires an active internet connection and sufficient free space on the device.

2. Web Platform and Organizer Panel

The participant web version (Progressive Web App) and the organizer panel are designed for modern browsers. We recommend using the latest stable browser version with cookies enabled and JavaScript support.

Installing the web application to the home screen and receiving web push notifications on Apple devices require iOS/iPadOS 16.4 or newer.

3. Push Notifications

Push notification delivery is provided by third-party vendor services: Apple Push Notification service (APNs) on Apple devices and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) on Android devices. Push notification functionality depends on the availability of these services and the device operating system settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Operator does not guarantee correct operation of the platform on operating systems and browsers not listed in this document, on beta or modified operating system builds, or on devices with an altered system environment (root, jailbreak). Use of unsupported configurations is at the User’s own risk.
